1. Service Description
Xcue is an AI-powered writing assistant designed to help you craft better replies on X (Twitter). The service includes:
AI-generated reply suggestions powered by Google Gemini 3
Feed Scanner with OPS scoring for opportunity identification
Voice-to-text transcription for drafting replies
Content analysis and image recognition capabilities
Account dashboard and preference management
2. User Responsibilities
You Own Your Content: All replies and posts you create are your sole responsibility. We do not review, approve, or endorse any content before it is posted.
You Agree Not To Violate X's ToS: You agree to comply with X (Twitter)'s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Xcue is not responsible for account suspensions or penalties resulting from violations.
No Automated Posting: Xcue is a writing assistant only. All posts must be manually approved and clicked by you. We cannot and will not post, like, or reply on your behalf without explicit action.
Lawful Use Only: You agree not to use Xcue for spam, harassment, malicious content, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Xcue to:
Generate spam, phishing, or deceptive content
Impersonate others or create misleading identities
Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals or groups
Circumvent X's content moderation or security systems
Create bot-like behavior or mass-automate interactions
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
Access Xcue through unauthorized means
4. Limitation of Liability
As-Is Service: Xcue is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
No Guarantees: We cannot guarantee viral content, engagement rates, or algorithmic performance. Results vary based on content quality, audience, and X's platform policies.
Third-Party Dependencies: Xcue relies on X's platform and Google's API services. Changes to these platforms may interrupt service without notice.
No Liability for Account Issues: We are not responsible for account suspensions, shadowbans, or algorithmic penalties resulting from your use of Xcue or violation of X's ToS.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content Rights: You retain all rights to content you create. By using Xcue, you grant us a non-exclusive license to analyze and improve your replies for service optimization.
Xcue IP: The Xcue platform, algorithms, and interface are proprietary. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary information without permission.
6. Privacy & Data
Your data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy at /privacy
We do not sell your personal data to third parties
Your X credentials are never stored or transmitted
You can request account deletion at any time via support@x-cue.com
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Xcue if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Xcue following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
